Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Very light golden color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

It has good intensity and a certain complexity, where the notes of tropical fruit and stone fruits are manifested, after the background with citrus and slightly balsamic tones.

TASTE:

Very fine and elegant entry, and with a freshness that makes it incredibly personal. Step by mouth very well balanced, with a long and persistent finish, all accompanied by an acidity really characteristic of a Verdejo.

It goes well with appetizers, fish-based dishes, rice dishes, fideuá, pasta, soft creamy cheeses, and even grilled white meats with light sauces.

The DO Rueda is characterized by its altitude, between 700 and 800 meters, with a continental climate, marked by rigorous and long winters, brief springs and very hot and dry summers. In this way, this last harvest was marked by the incipient drought and frosts at the end of April, which undoubtedly marked the development of the vines, which made the vintage the earliest in the history of the D.O. which did not detract from the quality of the wine.

The grape harvest was carried out during the night, looking for cooler temperatures. Once in the cellar, a cold maceration is made for a short period of time and after its subsequent pressing, the controlled alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
