Colour

Bright yellow with golden highlights.

AROMA:

Aromas of honey, dried apricots, vanilla, candied orange peel, with notes of sweet spices and dried fruit.

TASTE:

Enveloping and sweet with candied fruit flavors, honey with very creamy notes of American oak. Pleasant intense finish with hints of candied orange peel.

A perfect accompaniment for desserts, foie and blue cheeses. Also a good accompaniment for aperitifs, seafood and fish stews

Masia Bach was founded at the beginning of the last century by the brothers Pere and Ramón Bach, manufacturers of fabrics. They wanted to link the best cotton tradition with viticulture, giving the name of the best "Extrísimo" cotton to the best vineyards where Masia Bach wines historically came from.

Elaboration:
The Bach Extrísimo Semidulce Blanco wine follows a traditional vinification: after de-stemming and pressing, the must is clarified preparing it for alcoholic fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature between 16º and 18º C for about 15 days. The varieties are vinified separately, allowing a more harmonious blend for the Extrísimo. After the mixing processes, the wine matures with French and American oak trees of different toasts for months, which gives it its characteristic bouquet.

This wine made the winery famous. Its soft and slightly sweet palate marked an era and with it a precedent for quality sweet wines.
