Colour

Intense pale yellow white wine with golden reflections.

AROMA:

In nose the memories of ripe white fruit predominate with floral touches and noble shades of wood

TASTE:

In the mouth it is an elegant, oily, balanced wine with good structure and length.

MATCHING
Perfect for fish, seafood, white meat and some varieties of soft cheese.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
White wine obtained exclusively from musts and fermented in French Allier oak barrels. Aged 6 months on fine mothers with weekly sticks.

Un cupatge encertat, amb el lladoner (garnatxa blanca), la carinyena i una mica de moscatell, fan que sigui aromàtic, equilibrat i de bon veure. Molt recomenable.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
