TASTING NOTE

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish crisp.

Aroma: Very clean and fresh aromas reminiscent of the roses, banana taffy, lemon cream, ripe lychee and light mineral notes.

Taste: In the mouth is smooth and pleasant with a large development where resurfacing the aromas on the nose, citrus sensations arising from the freshness of lemon peel. Prevalent throughout the tasting notes of citrus aromas where we discover pastry and fruit of this complexity reminiscent of a lemon sorbet. The finish is very fresh and you can see some notes of herbs with thyme and sage.

MATCHING

Although wine is easily combinable with any meal, is ideal with all kinds of seafood and is also perfect with creamy cheeses. To enjoy a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.

Cim de Cel is a top white wine that surprised since its first vintage in 2006. This wine comes from one of the highest vineyards in Europe, 1.050m in Nagol, Sant Julià de Lòria, in Andorra. Cim de Cel is made with top quality Gewürztraminer, Alsace traditionally, it has adapted to the microclimate of Casa Beal. The harvest is the end of September or early October manually put in boxes, is the first choice in the vineyard after passing through a sorting table at the winery because only the most select grapes reach the press.
