INFORMATION OF INTEREST Abadal Nuat
Colour: Pale yellow with golden hints by maceration with skin and his light wood contact. The evolution from less to more in glass is typical of a wine that still has great capacity for aging.
Aroma: Dominate citrus varietals aromas (pineapple syrup, grapefruit) and took importance the environment of vineyards with their expression of herb (lavender, rosemary).
Taste: With mature and eminently Mediterranean nose, in mouth has the freshest profile in the area with very high acidity, capable of giving freshness to the whole structure extracted from the skin and the unique ripening of the grape, as well as all the creaminess and volume of the ten months of contact in double lees. The mouth is full and sweet, the fruit appears in dominance by citrus (grapefruit) followed by a complex of white fruit (apple, apricot) and spices that accompany long evolution in glass, pointing to the freshness identifying of this variety.
The complexity of this white wine makes it could be served with the stewed fish, seafood or even typical Basque marmitako, also we can try it without risking alongside more fatty fish such as tuna or salmon grilled or with sauce.
