INFORMATION OF INTEREST Ruinart Brut
Colour: A bright and clear yellow with golden highlights.
Aroma: Nose fine and fresh, filled with notes of white fruit (pear, russet), apricot and fresh almonds and hazelnuts.
Taste: On the palate is a balanced wine, round and fleshy... With aromas of ripe fruit (plum and nectarine).
Cheese of all kinds, poultry, rice dishes and risottos or lamb.
Founded in 1729, it was the first Maison Ruinart Champagne. For over two centuries, the family turned to noble (it happened to be called Brimont of Ruinart in 1817) led the Maison with the same record. Chardonnay is the soul of Ruinart. This variety, originating mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the mountains of Reims, is the heart of all base wines.
