By sight we can notice the personality of Pinot Noir fermented in oak and its evolution with a beautiful pink colour of a nice effervescence.
With a good aromatic intensity, aromas of ripe red Fuji apples, quince and pastry. It is fresh and fragrant.
It expresses in mouth ripe fruit, with the lightness of the effervescence and a clear persistence, highlighting toasty notes due to their ageing.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
