TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Pale salmon color with silver reflections. Very lively perforation and very constant crown. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

High aromatic power, enter very directly and frankly. Good expression, remind the family of the aromas of red fruit, where we find currants, raspberries and memories that are slightly pale red apples, and jelly of medlar.

TASTE:

Good entry, with very good pass through the mouth. Carbonic present, but very well fused. You notice with much liveliness, and some complexity in which the notes of apple and red fruit appear. Long end and with a lot of persistence.

MATCHING
Champagne ideal for appetizers and medium-low taste dishes, such as smoked salmon, grilled prawns, cream of seafood, oysters without cooking and hake with papillote.
