Colour

Pale yellow, begins with a very thick bubble disappears soon leaving and forming small crown.

AROMA:

Is closed, difficult to open, when you do get a deep aroma. Almonds and pistachios with an excellent background citrus and floral, fresh apple. High complexity.

TASTE:

Palate taut and powerful, well integrated carbon. Well balanced and very long.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Founded in 1729, it was the first Maison Ruinart Champagne. For over two centuries, the family turned to noble (it happened to be called Brimont of Ruinart in 1817) led the Maison with the same record. Chardonnay is the soul of Ruinart. This variety, originating mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the mountains of Reims, is the heart of all base wines.
