Colour

Clean and bright. Pale pink with delicate golden highlights that give very good visual warmth. Slow, fine bubble thus developing an optimal crown.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is pure subtlety. Its explosion of notes of red fruits (currants, raspberries) with citrus peel (orange and lemon, with lime brushes) gives it a bouquet dressed with elegance, finesse and exceptional freshness.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth of a unique precision. Elegance again captures the rents as it passes through the mouth, followed by a finish marked by the red fruit that together with a freshness and acidity give it a spectacular balance.

Its delicacy and elegance make it the perfect companion for all kinds of snacks, canapés and snacks. Ideal with all kinds of smoked dishes, be it cod or salmon, and perfect to accompany the delicate and meticulous sushi dishes. With dessert, where red fruits and citrus fruits are present, they will marry perfectly because of their proximity of flavors (organoleptically speaking).

The champagne of the house is the result of the know-how of its employees, who take care of an area of 100 hectares and collect the grapes on a total area of 300 hectares, spread over 40 crusades of Champagne. Much of the grapes used for winemaking come from an area within 20 km of Epernay, where the crude grains of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier coexist, on the lands of the Rheims Mountain. the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley.

Billecart-Salmon is one of the most traditional wineries in Champagne, and one of the few that still remains in the hands of the founder's family.
