The aromas are mostly presented reduction, figs, fruit liqueur, sweet violet, with mineral touches typical of the Priorat and reminiscences of nuts.
His attack is tasty, mature and extremely aromatic, with good texture, memories of spirits, very expressive. You will notice lactic and final touches half-length.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
