TASTING NOTE
Colour

Ruby red with purple reflexes.

AROMA:

Complex, subtle, captivating. We find many shades of red and black fruit all surrounded with touches of toast and spices.

TASTE:

Structured and very elegant. Sublime and velvety palate. We remember notes of blueberries, cherries and blackberries with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. All with a pleasant and curious mineral background. Very long and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Ideal for red meat stewed like a veal with mushroom dishes. Perfect with any kind of meat to the grill. We suggest pairing with a fillet of beef with foie.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The work made by Alfredo Arribas in the D.O.Q. Priorat concentrates, since 2001, in the Clos del Portal Property. Located in the heart of the Priorat, between El Lloar and Bellmunt, it ascends from the river Siurana valley to the spurs of the Montsant mountain range. In a short period of time, his estate wines have been able to stand out as a clear exponent of the last generation of Priorats, always maintaining the elegance and subtlety that characterizes them.
