PARKER
PEÑÍN
Clean and bright. Intense red color with maroon reflections, with good layer intensity. Nice to see.
In the nose, it is presented with all the complexity and aromatic intensity, where from the beginning you seduce you from the first contact in the cup. The olfactory sensations of black fruits are expressed, where blackberries, blueberries and cassis are undisputed, all perfectly assembled with cocoa powder aromas on the back. Lightweight, spicy and mineral souvenirs appear; We find notes of rosemary, black tea and very subtly tobacco. In short, this is a wine in which the word complexity can be written in uppercase.
Very well structured and very lively mouth entry. The black fruits return to express themselves; where undoubtedly blackberries, blueberries and plums take center stage in their passage through their mouths. Present but sensitively delicate tannins, where with a intoxicating balance it provides perfect vivacity, breadth and persistence; all marvelously combined with remarkable aromas of wood. We have before a wine, where personality and know-how are palpable in all its fullness.
