WHO CAN CONTRACT
It’s the second wine from this château, bottled three or four months before than the first wine. The Château was restored completely by André Mentzenpoulos. Thanks to this restoration and the advice of Professor Peynaud Château Margaux returned to the top of the greats. Margaux is said to produce the most fragrant wine of the Medoc, or at least corroborates what the historical record, and the truth is that the current situation is getting to that point. The Margaux’s soil is the finest in the Médoc and has the highest proportion of coarse gravel. With respect to nutrients, is the least has to offer to the strain, but has good drainage, even in the raining years. The result is wines that begin their existence with relative flexibility, although in poor years tend to "waste away". But in good years or excellent, all comments about the virtues of gravel are justified: the good Margaux possesses such a delicacy and a wonderfully sweet fragrance that can be the most exquisite Bordeaux.
