Colour

Ruby red colour with trim, clean and optimal colour intensity, high cape.

AROMA:

Aroma of ripe black fruit above all, also for their stay in cask mild, high-quality aromatic wood, smoked, spicy and cocoa.

TASTE:

Tasty, fruity, well structured, power step by mouth, but not annoying and it will polish due to his stay in the bottle. Notes of wild fruit, caramel toffee. Final pleasant and persistent.

This is a young wine, fruity taste with medium-high power. Ideal with red meat dishes and traditional dishes as well as selections of cheese. Some suggestions would be curried chicken, roast lamb or a low spiced steak tartare.

Located in the natural park "Gavarres", in St Marti Vell (Girona). Close to an old volcano, surrounded by a forest of 30,000 ha, a refuge from the contamination of other crops. Located in a siliceous-calcareous soil on a rocky subsoil drainage; which gives to the wine tannin’s complexity, finest and smoothest. The orientation of the parcels north side, an ideal rainfall and temperature differences between night and day important, allow development of polyphenols, slow and subtle. Cultivation reasoned and respectful of the environment. Limited production around 6000 bottles.
