TASTING NOTE
Colour

A beautiful garnet cherry colour of a medium layer, with a ruby rim. Bright and clear.

AROMA:

Aromas of red and black fruits, we can notice jam that denotes great grape ripeness. Its development allows us to note species and snuff. Surround and intense in a whole.

TASTE:

Wine solid and deep, his development on the palate shows us rich flavours. Silky tannins, persistent, not aggressive and well rounded. Reminiscences of ripe red and black fruits and long aftertaste.

MATCHING
All kinds of meats in general, cheeses and sausages. Roast suckling pig, duck a l'orange, filet mignon ... Hold power taste food and dishes without overlap their flavours.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Chateau de Pez is a cellar located on the north of Saint Estèphe, Bordeaux. On the XVIII century, the winery was property of the Pontac family, that also owned, among others, the Chateau Haut-Brion. Nowadays, the company is property of the Maison Louis Roederer, that made a great renewal of the cellar on 1995, the year of the acquisition. The estate is composed of 26 hectares, mainly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
