Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Garnet color with violet reflections, where it has a medium-high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Very expressive first contact in the glass, where the aromas of black fruit take over, and we find currant with small nuances of blackberries. Next, and with some aeration, notes of tobacco leaf appear on top of a floral background.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with the power that characterizes it. Live and present tannins. Long and persistent finish.

It goes perfectly with strong-flavored cheese and grilled meats.

Traditional winemaking, where the grapes are harvested when they barely reach maturity. Destemmed, ground and fermented for 6 to 12 days with a temperature maintained at 32º.

We recommend a service temperature of 16º to 18º
