INFORMATION OF INTEREST L. Jadot Beaune Clos des Ursules Magnum 2001

TASTING NOTE

Colour: Garnet red. Clean and bright.

Aroma: Complex, elegant, mature. Fine notes of currant, cranberry confit, wilted flower and toast. Mineral and spicy background.

Taste: Mild attack, velvety on the palate. Reminiscent of wild fruits, noble with smoked notes. Final fine and persistent. Great local wine Côte de Beaune (Côte d'Or, Burgundy).

MATCHING

Excellent with a "tartiflette" (melted Reblochon cheese with different accompaniments), meat fondue, steak Roquefort sauce or even with game dishes.
