Wines fortifieds variety Xarel·lo
Native white variety of the Penedès which is also known as Pansa Blanca in Alella, Cortoixà of Priorat and Premsal in Mallorca. It is characterized by having a regular and balanced production, very resistant to drought and ovoid grapes. Along with the white varieties Macabeo and Parellada, are the classic blend in the preparation of Cava. Also it produces single-variety with remarkable alcohol content and remarkable acidity. The aromatic power will be moderated and floral aromas, white fruit, citrus and mineral notes are distinguished.
