Colour

Highly oxidized wine, with very high alcohol content, achieved naturally.

AROMA:

They appear dried fruits, apple jam, honey, quince and marked mineral souvenirs.

TASTE:

It is very complex, glyceric, silky, and although its alcoholic strength, thanks to its acidity, is pleasant and very balanced.

Ideal to take on the table or as a dessert wine, especially with nuts, honey and ketchup or cakes with apple or pear.

Garnacha overgrown from lands of Priorat, which is made from a base wine that is then aged in chestnut barrels, most of it, and a French oak part. It works with a system of mothers of about 60 years, and with a game of 7 barrels, where each of them brings different shades that make up its complexity.
