100% Viura from Cenicero (Rioja) Traditional crafted production, following the formula handed down from father to son, made from white wine produced by Bodegas Riojanas, S.A. and the mixture and maceration of a painstaking selection of plants, flowers, fruits, roots and aromatic cuttings. Caramel red, with great harmony and a perfect balance of flavours; sweet and bitter with fresh, fruity nuances and floral notes. Highly aromatic and very persistent. As per tradition, Vermouth is mostly tasted as an Aperitif. It matches perfectly well with most of our tapas, especially with cheese and foie ones.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
